You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.

AI-generated outputs, recommendations, and generated content are provided "as is" and without warranties of accuracy, fitness, originality, or availability. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-assisted output.
Biscuit, operated by Flits Software Inc., is the merchant of record for purchases made through Cast. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You can cancel future renewals, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved case by case through support.

Cast, including its software, design, and service elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
