You must be at least 16 years old to use Cast. By using the app, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use Cast to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse the service, interfere with other users, upload malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, or create using Cast.

To operate the service, you grant Cast and Biscuit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and distribute your content solely as needed to provide and improve the service.

AI-generated outputs, recommendations, and generated content are provided "as is" and without warranties of accuracy, fitness, originality, or availability. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-assisted output.

Biscuit, operated by Flits Software Inc., is the merchant of record for purchases made through Cast. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You can cancel future renewals, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved case by case through support.

Cast, including its software, design, and service elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may suspend or terminate access to Cast if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation becomes impractical.

Cast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Cast, Biscuit, and related providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. By continuing to use Cast after revised terms become effective, you agree to the updated terms.
